Before installing Rome theme, you have to install WordPress. To install WordPress, please check this codex page: https://codex.wordpress.org/Installing_WordPress. If you use wordpress.com instead of wordpress.org, please note that wordpress.com requires Business plan ($25/month) to install third-party theme/plugin.

I assume you’ve installed WordPress and be able to access WordPress dashboard.

To install Rome theme from WordPress backend:

1. Go to Dashboard > Appearance > Themes
2. Click “Add New” then click “Upload Theme”
3. Upload rome-v1.0.zip file you downloaded after purchasing theme then click “Activate”.
4. Go to Dashboard > Appearance > Install Plugins to install necessary/optional plugins.
